NBA Ratings December 30

Here are updated ratings: I would estimate that with KG out the Celtics will play around 4 points per game worse. With Dirk out I estimate  Mavs will play a whopping 12 points worse!

    IMO answers to questions like that are the keys to the kingdom.

    Not only do you have to value the missing player properly, you have to both predict who the replacement player(s) will be for those minutes and value them correctly.

  5. Are you giving any extra weight to more recent games, capping the impact of big wins/losses or doing anything else other than using point differential, home court, and quality of opposition based these ratings?

  6. I do cap impact of big wins or losses otherwise it is just scores, strength of opponent and home court
