Does your model account for the fact that these are home games for Turkey? If you might think USA 80, TUR 78 on a neutral floor, it would seem that the bedlam of a true home game for Turkey would be worth at least the difference there.

Yes the Turkey rating is for Turkey as a home team since in each game they are a home team
