The Spurs are now clearly the best team in NBA. These ratings give twice as much weight to last night’s games as opening day. Memphis is a much better team than their record indicates. I believe the fight for 8th in the West will be one to watch closely.

I had the displeasure of watching the Cavs play the Nuggets on Friday. I realize you have them last, but that may still be too high. They are terrible (especially on defense) and seem like they hardly care!

I sure hope the Grizzlies can ride out these numbers and move ahead of Portland or Utah. Utah has so many come from behind wins this year. Luck?
