Here they are. Again I am giving more weight to more recent games. Spurs have been consistently rated 7-9 points better than average throughout season. Sadly, the Cavs continue to sink further. The Bulls have the best defense while the Knicks and Suns the worst defense. The Knicks and Thunder have the best offenses while the Bucks have the worst offense. These stats are not pace adjusted.

The time weighting sounds appropriate for a “current power rating”. Might be interesting occasionally to see how the unadjusted full season ratings compare with the weighted current power ratings.

Seeing both or reporting the difference would make it quicker to recognize who is getting better or worse against their own past performance.
